Daryl Lim is responsible for the advocacy of design thinking education and consultancy services in Asia. Daryl brings 15 years of experience in a spectrum of people related solutions. His design solutions include skills maps, evidence-based performance management, personalised skills profiles, career progression pathways, business processes, human-centred products and services. He works with organisations to pivot business strategies through human-centred innovations and pivots across Asia. He represents the DesignThinkers Academy in strategising and implementing design thinking capability development, and projects with various organisations. He is also a board member of International Accreditors of Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
