Edmund possesses more than 15 years of public service sector experiences spanning organisations like MOE, MOM, SPF, CPF and PA. He was deeply involved in strategic planning, horizon scanning, collaborative & partnership work at the PA headquarters. As a field leader, Edmund led OD & OE work whilst managing cross-functional teams and spearheaded frontline ops work based on a resident-centric approach. Edmund contributes in the L&D space at NACLI (training arm of PA) by designing, developing, implementing and facilitating new modules, milestone and leadership programmes for both PA Staff and grassroots movement. Edmund holds a BSc (Dist) in Business with Communications from SUSS, DDDLP and ACLP qualifications and is a Certified DISC Analyst.
