Elvin is a Principal Learning Consultant at SeraphCorp Institute. He specializes in the facilitation of ‘leadership and people management’ and ‘business management’ courses; leveraging on Transactional Analysis, Emotional Literacy and Profiling Tools to empower people in their personal and professional development journey. Elvin also provides EI assessment and career coaching in leadership development. Elvin has clinched various leadership roles in his many years of working experience, including technology transfer and management in healthcare sectors, as well as sales and marketing and service operations in Asia Pacific markets. Elvin graduated with an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from NUS and a MBA from Nanyang Business School.
