Erica Cheong is an accomplished training professional with 10 years of experience in the Commercial Cleaning industry. Her portfolio of achievements includes the development of over 40 WSQ courseware since 2010, the management of courseware development projects, consultancy of handling WSQ courseware accreditation, as well as CIR and ATO set-up for various industries. In addition, Erica is a TESOL-trained volunteer for Christian non-governmental organisations. She is involved in areas such as curriculum planning, preparing of customised lesson plans and teaching materials, and conducting the lessons for both adults and young learners in Indonesia, Myanmar and China.
