Before staring as a freelance AE, Grace worked 4 year as a regional L&D specialist and master trainer in Microsoft Singapore and 8 years as a training manager in Arvato Singapore. She worked closely with the partners in TNA and designed the effective learning solutions to drive performance improvement. Grace has successfully designed and facilitated TTT programs with ROPES process and new hires programs in China and Vietnam and has achieved great customer satisfaction results. Grace enjoys travelling, reading and cooking. Grace is passionate to work with SMEs in various industries to understand their business challenges, design and facilitate the most effective learning solutions to support business improvement.
