Jeremy retired from a banking career where he spent more than half of his 38 years career leading various banking functions, country, and regional C-Suite roles. He now serves as Director, at the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL) for Asia and Australia, and where he also trains and coaches in business strategy, sustainable business, and corporate leadership. Jeremy holds a doctorate in transformational leadership, is trained in positive psychology, and several psychometric assessments for leadership training and coaching. He is also ACTA qualified, a Fellow of ITOL and an Honorary Fellow Edward Cadbury Centre for the Public Understanding of Religion, University of Birmingham, UK.
