Jerry is a Practising Management Consultant (PMC) for Business Excellence, Human Resource Capabilities and Productivity Solutions. He led project teams in the company and partnered them in building their strategic journey for excellence and sustainable business growth. This includes curating solutions under the Enterprise Development Grants, Learning Alliance Programs, Institute of Higher Learning Work and Learn Programs as well as the Industry Transformation Roadmaps. Jerry also facilitated adult learning and coaching session, deployed workplace learning solutions and mentored department heads and leadership teams. He is open for collaboration with other consultants for intervention projects.
