Jo Yong has more than 25 years of Corporate and Strategic Management experiences working with Global MNCs, responsible for brand management, business development, and growth through building and leading productive, cohesive, and high performing teams. As an adult educator, SkillsFuture mentor, facilitator, coach, and L&D specialist in the last three years, she assisted SMEs in enhancing their organizational learning and development capabilities through workplace learning and development of OJT Blueprints. She also trains part-time at SIRS. Jo holds a Master of Training and Development from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from La Trobe University. Jo is also DACE and ACTA certified.
