John is the Executive Director of Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association (CARE Singapore), a social service agency reaching out to at-risk youths and their families. He is also the Founding President of Youth Work Association Singapore, a professional society seeking to advocate, benchmark, and celebrate the cause of youth work in Singapore. John also serves at the Mentoring Alliance Singapore, helping to develop standards and best practices in youth mentoring. John earned his doctorate in ministry from Fuller Seminary, USA. He also holds a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) as well as ACTA qualifications.
