Keith currently serves as the General Manager for Adept Academy, overseeing all facets of operations. He successfully guided the team to achieve a Grade 1 outcome in the TPQA Audit. He was previously employed with Singapore Productivity Centre, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, TungLok Group and the St. Regis Singapore. He also serves as an Adjunct trainer and courseware developer for a few registered training providers. Keith holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Birmingham City University, complemented by a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), a Specialist Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Allied Legal Skills. He holds professional memberships with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).
