Leon supports the end-to-end journey of learning technologies adoption, from evaluation, change management to implementation and support in an AU. With over 10 years of experience in managing a team that plans and delivers training, develops resources as well as providing technical support, he is also a certified Salesforce administer, project management professional (PMP). Leon’s first degree was completed at Monash University, in the field of IT. In continuation of ACTA, he embarked on a NIE (NTU) & IAL partnership Masters in Professional Development (training & development).
