His key consulting experiences include job redesign, competency modelling, performance management, manpower planning, training and development, knowledge management, remuneration and benefits structuring, change management, organisation design, and strategy development. Prior to establishing Solutionsatwork, Leonard spent several years as the Global Head of HR for a UK-based company where he managed the HRD and HRM functions for employees in 11 cities globally. He currently advises various agencies on Age-Friendly Work Practices and Productivity Enhancement Initiatives.
