What Is The Session About?

In an era where AI, automation, and algorithmic decision-making are redefining work and leadership, Beyond Code explores the urgent human questions:

•    What does it now mean to lead well?
•    How do we cultivate wisdom, presence, and adaptability alongside technological fluency?
•    What role does coaching play in shaping meaning, mastery, and future readiness? This joint-event with

SUSS Doctor of Business Administration Alumni & Graduate Student Community (DBAC) and The Coaching Village by Emerge Performance, marks the kickoff of a quarterly dialogue series—a space for coaches, business leaders, and transformation practitioners to connect, reflect, and co-create new leadership paradigms for the AI age.

What Does The Session Cover?

By the end of this session, participants will be able to take-away the following:

  1. Evaluate the role of coaching in supporting meaning-making, skill mastery, and future readiness in organisations undergoing digital transformation.
  2. Critically examine the evolving nature of leadership in the context of AI and automation, and articulate new paradigms of human-centered leadership for the digital age.
  3. Articulate personal and collective commitments to developing wisdom-based leadership practices that remain relevant in algorithmic and automated work environments.
