Event Synopsis

SMEs face constant pressure to respond to changing business needs, skills requirements and manpower constraints. The challenge is not simply attracting talent. It is also identifying, developing and deploying the skills already within the organisation in ways that support business growth.

Organised by the Centre for Skills-First Practices at the Institute for Adult Learning and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), Framework to Action: Skills-First Workshop for Small to Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) Leaders explores how the newly launched Skills-First: Framework for Action can be put into practice.

Through facilitated discussions and hands-on activities, participants will examine real business challenges, exchange perspectives with fellow SME leaders and identify practical actions they can take within their own organisations.

Why Attend?

✓
Discover practical skills-first approaches to strengthen workforce capability and business performance.
✓
