Aggie Choo

Aggie specializes in large-scale quantitative research on adult skills, employment, and lifelong learning, with experience supporting both local and international research initiatives relating to workforce competencies and adult education. As the National Data Manager for Singapore’s implementation of the second cycle of the OECD’s Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC), an international study that assesses adult skills and learning outcomes, she oversees national data management and operational coordination to support the successful implementation of this global initiative.
