Associate Professor Renée Tan Hui Ling

Renée is Assistant Executive Director and Director of the Research Division at the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an autonomous Institute at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. She leads IAL’s applied and innovative research efforts to further develop practice and pedagogies in lifelong learning and Continuing Education and Training, deepen sustainable workforce performance and inform policies and work-learn practices. Renée’s research interests include Lifelong Learning, Workplace and Workforce Learning, Adult Learning, Human Development, Career Transitions, National Narratives and Diversity, Inclusivity and Equality.
