Bryan Tan Choon Ping

Bryan Tan is a Learning & Capability Development Consultant, Senior Professional Adult Educator, Executive Coach and Curriculum & Instructional Designer who helps organisations and professionals build capability through purposeful learning, facilitation and coaching. With experience across more than 15 countries, he integrates advanced facilitation, leadership development, curriculum and e-learning design, competency-based assessment, workplace learning, psychometric profiling and Generative AI-enabled learning design. He contributes extensively to Singapore’s Training and Adult Education sector through the Institute for Adult Learning, including designing and facilitating WSQ programmes (ACLP and DDDLP), mentoring adult educators and developing technology-enhanced courseware. As part of IAL projects for Home Team Academy, he serves as main designer and lead trainer for the Facilitator-in-Training (FiT) programme and contributes to assessment benchmarking for Training Excellence (TraX) Awards evaluators. Known for an authentic, strengths-focused and future-oriented approach, Bryan translates complex learning needs into practical solutions that strengthen leadership, learner engagement and workforce capability.
