I study jobs, skills, and lifelong learning in the context of structural transformations in work. My current work focuses on the AI economy and its implications for labour markets, job design, productivity, and workforce development.
My research uses quantitative, data-driven, and forward-looking approaches to better understand emerging workforce trends and the future of work. I have experience leading and analysing large-scale surveys, with particular interests in labour mobility, continuing education and training (CET), and the evolving organisation of work under technological change.
I hold an MSc in Statistics and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
