Dr Bi Xiaofang

Xiaofang is experienced in conducting both qualitative and quantitative educational research. She obtained her PhD from National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. Her research interests include pedagogy in blended learning and skills profiling and development. Her most recent research includes Critical Core Skills profiling and development in the Singaporean workforce, Metacognition learning program design, etc.
