Evaluation of the InnovPlus Programme for Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) - Conducted the evaluation of the InnovPlus Programme to assess its implementation, outcomes and organisational impact. Designed and applied an evaluation framework and developed recommendations to strengthen future programme design and sustainability.
  2. Healthcare Skills Credentialing System for Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) - Designed a future-state healthcare skills credentialing system to recognise workplace capabilities beyond course completion. Developed the credentialing framework, implementation roadmap and governance recommendations to support organisation-wide adoption.
  3. Designed Onboarding and Mentoring Programme for Health Sciences Authority (HSA) - Designed HSA's revised onboarding journey to strengthen employee integration, engagement and retention during the first 120 days. Developed the onboarding framework, supervisor engagement process, mentoring approach and supporting implementation resources.

Strategy Development for Shalom International Movers - Facilitated the development of the organisation's strategic plan by working with the management team to identify strategic priorities and growth opportunities. The engagement also develops leadership capability in strategic thinking and execution.
  5. e-Learning Design Consultancy for SBS Transit - Provided consultancy on the design and development of e-learning modules to enhance workforce capability. Advised on instructional design, learner experience and digital learning strategies to improve learning effectiveness.
  6. Leadership Competency Framework for Masjid Assyafaah - Developed a leadership competency framework to support leadership development and succession planning. The framework defines leadership competencies and behavioural indicators to guide selection, development and performance.
  7. Performance Management and Leadership Development for Lim Kee Manufacturing - Designed and facilitated a leadership and performance management programme for the management team. The engagement focused on strengthening leadership capability, coaching skills and organisational performance.
  8. Curriculum Redesign and Executive Workplace Coaching for Advancer Global - Redesigned the curriculum for the Facility Management programme to align learning with workplace and industry requirements. Also provided workplace coaching for senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and support organisational transformation.
