Dr Yeo Li Pheow

Dr Yeo Li Pheow, is Senior Advisor (Special Projects), Executive Director’s Office and leads the International Unit which brings IAL's institutional depth to public agencies across the ASEAN region and beyond to strengthen workforce development and enhance adult education capability. On behalf of IAL, the team designs and implements capability transfer projects through a co-creation process to ensure that solutions are grounded in research, tested in practice, and calibrated for policy-level complexity to address challenges. As immediate past Executive Director, IAL (2023-2026) and in his leadership capacity as Principal and CEO at Republic Polytechnic (2008 – 2023) and Ministry of Education, Singapore (2001 – 2003), Li Pheow brings many years of experience at the intersection of education policy, organisational learning, and institutional transformation. Li Pheow is a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs, an Associate of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore and an Associate member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
