Henghwee's expertise lies in behavioural science, experimentation, evaluation, and applied research. She has expensive experience working across government agencies, enterprises, and international organisations in Singapore and the region for workforce development. Prior to IAL, she spent seven years at the Behavioural Insights Team, leading projects spanning workforce development, digital services, and sustainability. Henghwee holds an Msc in Statistics from the National University of Singapore and a BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.
