Paul Goh

Paul Goh is a Principal Manager at the Centre for Skills-First Practices, Institute for Adult Learning. His work focuses on advancing a skills-first ecosystem where workforce decisions are informed by skills intelligence, enabling organisations and individuals to respond effectively to changing skills demands. He leads the design and delivery of capability development programmes that help stakeholders adopt skills-first practices for workforce development and transformation. Drawing on his experience in service excellence, training, and capability development, he translates workforce and skills insights into practical strategies that strengthen organisational capability and support individuals in navigating career and skills transitions.
