Sheng Yee Zher is a workforce and adult learning researcher with expertise in skills policy, lifelong learning, programme evaluation, and labour market research. His work focuses on how training systems, such as SkillsFuture Credit and WSQ, support skills development, career progression, and workforce transformation. He has led and contributed to applied research studies involving survey analysis, employer engagement, policy evaluation, and evidence-based recommendations for government and industry stakeholders. Sheng brings strong quantitative research skills, policy understanding, and experience translating complex findings into practical insights for decision-makers. workplace outcomes, and a deeper understanding of how individuals, employers, and institutions can work together to build a future-ready workforce.
