Shirley Lim

Shirley Lim Shiel is a curriculum development specialist and adult educator with expertise in curriculum and assessment review, programme quality assurance, stakeholder engagement and pilot evaluation. At the Institute for Adult Learning, she works with a team to the design, review and implementation of adult educator programmes and continuing professional development courses, including the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP). She facilitates programme enhancement, AI-related learning initiatives, and co-develops workplace learning experiences. In previous experience at the Higher Institute of Learning, Shirley facilitates training modules, assessment, mentoring and programme coordination. With a background in clinical practice and healthcare management, she supports clinical skills learning at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Her work connects adult education, healthcare education and professional practice.
