Sylvie Chua Ying Qing

Sylvie Chua is Assistant Director at the Centre for Workplace and Learning Innovation. She brings over a decade of experience driving strategic and social innovation across adult learning, health and social care, and liveable and sustainable cities. Her work spans innovation and transformation strategies, capability development programmes, and advisory initiatives for public sector and city leaders across Asia-Pacific. Drawing on curatorial, ethnographic, and participatory methodologies, she shapes strategy and builds the conditions for more inclusive, participatory, and sustainable futures. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Workplace Learning, a BA (Hons) in Linguistics and Multilingual Studies, and an MA in Southeast Asian Studies.
