Dr Tommie Chen works at the intersection of adult learning, workforce development, and organisational transformation. As Covering Director of Partnership & Market Development at the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), he drives strategic collaborations across industry, government, and education partners to advance Singapore’s lifelong learning and workforce transformation agenda.
Holding a PhD in English Language from the National University of Singapore, Dr Chen combines academic expertise with extensive experience in workplace learning, capability development, job redesign, and learning transformation.
