Associate Professor Sim Soo Kheng

As the Director of the Centre for Workplace and Learning Innovation, Soo Kheng leads efforts to advance organisational and workforce transformation through innovative solutions in learning interventions and educational technology. She engages enterprises through NACE@IAL consultancy services and the innovSeries initiatives, addressing evolving workplace transformation and learning needs, and driving innovations that enhance the quality of adult learning and open access to better learning. Her role includes conceptualising and implementing new initiatives and interventions, overseeing programmes that promote the adoption of proven innovations, scaling impactful solutions, and conducting innovation-related research.

Before joining IAL, Soo Kheng held various communications and information management related roles within the public sector.
