David is the co-founder of Surge Consulting where he leads development of AI learning and feedback tools. He has extensive experience managing projects in diverse global work cultures in high-tech industries across Europe and Asia.
He oversees the costing, development and implementation of large-scale, multi-stakeholder learning programs that leverage technology for impact. He also designs the frameworks that underpin and track the effectiveness of our learning programs.
At the ALC David is developing the Future-Oriented Pedagogies analytics capability.
