Before LEA, Earn Meng was Head of HR for OCBC China, Hi-P International, and Sunray Construction. Notable moments included leading Sunray to win Singapore’s Best Employers Award three times in a row, placing it the only Singapore company in the Top 10 position alongside giants like Google and Starbucks. At OCBC China, he oversaw the attraction, engagement, and development of talents from under 200 to over 3,000.
