The ACLP 3.0 is a streamlined version of the previous ACLP. It covers all the Knowledge, and Abilities (Ks and As) within the Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs) and enable learners to gain and deepen their skillsets in the area of classroom facilitation, assessment, workplace learning, and tech-enhanced learning.

AITP 2.0 is an accelerated pathway comprising only the first two modules of ACLP 3.0, designed for experienced professionals and typically delivered in organisation- or sector-specific contexts. 

There are requirements that you will need to meet in order to attend the programme. The Entry Requirements can be found in the section above.

IAL may request additional documentation to verify your eligibility or may require you to attend an interview to assess your suitability for the programme.

• Learners who do not meet the requirements for English Language proficiencies as required by the respective courses need to take the Workplace Literacy (WPL) – Computer Adaptive Test (CAT) and secure the ES WSQ WPL qualification for listening and speaking reading and writing modalities. • You may also provide other documented evidence of your proficiency in English or be required to attend an interview with IAL to ascertain your suitability for the programme.

At the end of the module, learners will be assessed through oral interviews or presentations, written assignments and practical performances. Practical performances can either be conducted in-person or online.

Throughout the module, learners will also be assessed via various means, including class presentations, demonstrations or practical performances.

Upon completing AITP 2.0, you will have acquired strong learner profiling, facilitation, and assessment competencies aligned to current WSQ standards. You will be able to understand your learners' needs, design and deliver engaging learning experiences, and conduct fair and valid competency-based assessments.
IAL will issue a sector-specific Certificate of Completion that recognises the competency of the graduate-leaerner along their learning and development journey.

Graduates who have completed the AITP 2.0 have a wide range of pathways to further develop their careers in the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector within their sector.

Individuals who are more inclined towards a full qualification, may consider pursuing the WSQ Advanced Certificate of Learning for Performance 3.0 (ACLP 3.0) to deepen their expertise in workplace learning contextualisation and technology-enhanced learning.

For experienced practitioners who have obtained the WSQ ACLP certificate and aspire to specialise in workplace consultancy, the WSQ Graduate Diploma in Workplace Learning offers a structured pathway to develop the necessary competencies.
