This programme introduces training providers to the Integrated Insights Tool (IIT) by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) that provides jobs-skills insights from Singapore’s labour market. Learn how to use data to sense market needs, identify skill gaps, and design courses that are timely, relevant, and aligned with industry demand. Whether you are refreshing an existing programme or launching a new one, this session helps you make data-driven decisions.

What Is This Programme About?


By the end of the e-learning you will be able to: 


    • Navigate the IIT and understand what each of the three tabs – Jobs, Skills, and Available Courses – offers.
    • Identify skills that are currently in demand or rapidly growing in demand among employers, including those labelled Course Approval Skills List (CASL) or Emerging.
    • Interpret demand, growth rate, transferability, coverage, and the CASL/Emerging tags to assess job roles and skills.
    • Use Critical Work Functions, Key Tasks, and proficiency level information to shape course content and learning outcomes.
    • Triangulate jobs roles, skills demand and training supply landscape to make informed, data-driven course design decisions, complemented by direct industry engagement.

Course Details

Course Format: This is a fully online course.


Duration: The course takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
