What Is This Session About?

Whether your company presentation is to inform, instruct, persuade or to aid in decision making, there are critical success factors involved in making a convincing and engaging presentation.

Effective Presentation Skillsets at the Workplace is a 14-hour workshop to help participants grasp six critical elements (6Ps) to move through the process from planning to presenting so as to achieve the intent of their presentation successfully. Participants will overcome their fears and dread of presentation to becoming skillful presenters. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to present clearly, confidently and credibly to their audience.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
 
  • Design a clear and compelling message
  • Deliver a powerful and engaging presentation
  • Respond effectively to impromptu questions from audience
  • Apply the 6P Framework for successful presentation

With over 12 years of experience as an adult educator specializing in curriculum development, instructional design, and technology-enabled learning, Irene has designed engaging and reflective learning programs that effectively integrate robust pedagogical theories with technology. Her extensive background in Human Capital Management and Development spans 30 years, allowing her to seamlessly blend pedagogy and technology with human resource management to identify and cultivate talent, helping individuals reach their full potential. Irene holds a Masters of Training & Development and a Masters in Business Administration.
