This programme equips adult educators and workplace learning professionals to redesign workflows and build custom AI-supported systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and learner support.

Participants learn to identify high-value automation opportunities, analyse educator workflows, and prototype practical AI assistants using Google AI tools while maintaining human oversight and ethical decision-making. Through workflow mapping, hands-on prototyping, implementation planning, and collaborative feedback, learners develop scalable solutions tailored to their own professional contexts.

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to design and implement AI-supported workflow systems that streamline educator tasks, enhance workplace learning processes, and support sustainable innovation across their organisations.

Together with Thought Leader with Google AI: Building Your Educator Brand and Professional Presence, this programme forms the advanced tier of the IAL-Google (ADAPT) series. Participants who complete both programmes will receive a joint IAL-Google certificate.

This advanced programme introduces practical approaches to redesigning workplace learning workflows using AI-supported automation and systems thinking. Participants learn to identify automation opportunities through workflow analysis, map existing and redesigned educator processes, and build custom AI assistants using Gemini Gems and Gemini Canvas, with Google AI Studio explored as an optional extension.

This advanced programme covers workflow prototyping, implementation planning, quality assurance, ethical data use, and human oversight to ensure responsible AI adoption. Through the System Builder Challenge, participants design and demonstrate a working AI-supported workflow solution for an authentic workplace task, develop an implementation and evaluation plan, and refine their prototypes through peer feedback. The programme concludes with practical strategies for scaling AI-supported workflow innovation within educator communities and workplace learning environments.
