Learning Objectives

By the end of the programme, participants should be able to:

  1. Explain the role of coaching in workplace performance and the principles underpinning an evidence-based Coaching Model.
  2. Apply core coaching communication skills (questioning, listening, feedback, rapport-building) in performance conversations.
  3. Structure a basic performance coaching conversation using an evidence-based Coaching Model.
  4. Develop an action-oriented coaching plan that promotes accountability and reinforces performance-enhancing behaviours.

Louise YT Phua is a Corporate Trainer and Advocate of Longevity and Wellbeing. By bringing clarity, calm, confidence, courage , and compassion, she aids young executives and middle managers who work in corporate environments to unlock bottlenecks and make progress. By integrating various teaching and learning methodologies, she triggers her learners to begin their learning journey and take steps to realise their future selves.

With over twenty years’ experience in talent management at multi-national companies and major conglomerates in Asia Pacific, Louise has conducted learning workshops with Harry’s, LVMH Group, National University of Singapore, National University Health System, Parkway Health Group, Sephora China, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Social Sciences (Institute for Adult Learning), Swire Hotel Group China, Temasek Polytechnic, UOE Group and more.
