Workforce Skills and Qualification Evaluation

This study examines how Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) training supports learners’ skills development and workplace outcomes. Drawing on surveys and interviews with learners, employers and training providers, the findings highlight the importance of job-relevant training, opportunities to apply learning and employer recognition in supporting better outcomes. The report also identifies areas for strengthening training delivery and career progression.
